I have to agree on the smelling thing. Since smell plays such a huge part in taste, if it smells good, it MUST taste good!

im with sirthinks on the grossness of yam

but im also grossed out by the sardine thing hes talking about

my rule for mixing things

if you are making something, smell the food, you are cooking, smell the food you want to add, then smell the food you are cooking again, chances are if the smells together are really good it will taste well together because smell and taste are linked.

Hmmm... You lost me at the yams.... Yams bad!

Now if you want something awesome, try grilled sardine sandwiches dipped in hp sauce. Now that's a meal.... Add a little mayo to the sandwiches (before grilling) for some added zing....

YUMMY!
